Are other consultants finding that the ''credit crunch'' has very diferent impacts on client businesses. Moving between clients I find that some are concerned about holding their reserves securely whilst others are totally frustrated by the banks refusal to release any funding and increasing their charges.
Customer behaviour is equally unpredictable. The sales being achieved by my clients are very different to those portrayed by the gloomy news. Whenever the seller has the right thoughts in their head, the customers are still buying, even expensive luxury goods. I find that I am spending an increasing proportion of my time providing positive motivation rather than traditional technical analysis.
