Harvey is an experienced HR practitioner

Since 1994 he has focused on Organisation Development, particularly the use of survey/feedback tools. He has managed large projects in the corporate environment, and is an external supplier of software for 360 degree feeback surveys and other survey feedback tools.

Now operating under the aegis of '360 is us Ltd', Harvey provides design and support services for the introduction of 360 in organisations, providing facilitation and coaching support, as well as training in-house facilitators. For organisations and independent consultants that want to have an outsourced survey production service, Harvey - along with his daughter, a co-director - provide a bureau service.

Private sector clients include 4 organisations in the Times Best 100 Companies to Work For (HSA, Bravissimo, Marks Sattin, Witan Jardine) along with other high profile companies (e.g. Virgin Atlantic, Siemens).

In the public sector, Harvey runs outsourced 360 for many hospitals, supporting Hospital Consultants in their professional development and in gaining evidence of personal competence in the revalidation process. Doctors participating in multisource feedback include Consultants at Southampton NHS Trust, Portsmouth NHS Trust, Christie Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and Poole NHS Trust (which received 2 national awards for the pioneering of 360 in 2004). Medical 360 is an expanding part of 360 is us Ltd activities.
