Having qualified as an accountant I have gone on to build a reputation as a leading Programme Manager/Director, initially as a successful management consultant with two major consultancies & latterly in senior client side roles. Working across a wide range of industries (e.g. media, technology, energy, transport, telecoms & public sector), I have gained extensive experience of managing & advising large technology based back office change programmes with teams of up to 200 & budgets up to £82m. I have also gained wide experience of managing third party suppliers, such as PwC, Accenture, EDS, Fujitsu & Oracle. Finally, I have considerable experience in creating, developing & managing teams.
