ER Consultants is a business consultancy specialising in organisation behaviour change.

We are a close-knit, highly experienced team of 25 professionals drawn from diverse backgrounds. We help transform organisations by aligning their strategy, structure and people.

Our business was created 30 years ago with the vision of bringing a stronger organisation and people perspective to management. We bought ourselves out of Ernst & Young, having been their organisation change practice, and were employee owned, until being acquired by Serco in January 2008.

We believe that being a niche consultancy gives us many advantages: we have the flexibility to adapt to your culture, focus entirely on your needs and work in whichever way best suits the project in hand.
