The Globalite Management Services Group offers specialist services from highly qualified and experienced professionals in the areas of global business strategy, Communications & Marketing, Global Human Resources, Global Reward & Benefits, Mergers & Acquisitions, Recruitment, Leadership Development, International Employment Law, international operations management and corporate governance.
In 2006 the organisation was restructured to reflect the specialist areas within which we consult, and in order to provide a more valuable service to our clients.
The Globalite Management Services Group now consists of a number of specialist divisions:
Consulting: The Consulting Division provides specialist consultancy services covering such varied projects as Mergers & Acquisitions, strategic planning, business redesign, human resources consultation, post-merger integration, change management and cultural diversity.
Reward Consulting: The Reward Consulting Division provides international reward and benefits specialists to assist clients with such projects as international reward structures, expatriate reward systems, total reward, incentives, executive remuneration and remuneration committee consultation.
Surveys: The Surveys Division offers both customised and specialised surveys. They also undertake specialised research for clients.
SME Support: The SME Support Division is specially designed to assist smaller and growing companies with their very unique business needs, from strategic planning through to secretarial support.
Corporate Governance: The Corporate Governance Division provides specialist services such as Company Secretarial services and the provision of Non-Executive Directors, as well as policies and procedures which ensure compliance.
Leadership Development
& Business School: The Leadership Development division offers a number of leadership development programmes, such as Global Leadership, Global Cultural and Cultural Diversity in the Workplace. This is also the home of the Globalite Business School, which offers Certificate and Diploma programmes in Applied International Management and Business.
Auditing: The Auditing Division undertakes specialist audits within organisations in order to ensure compliance, as well as pre-merger consultation and due diligence assessment.
