Our Programme Manager is ITIL Certified with his Prince2 practitioner, he has over 15 years project management experience and has lead three full ITIL implementations in Saudi Arabia, Northern Ireland and the UK.

All our Consultants are ITIL Certified backed with at least 5 years commercial experience. Our teams have also been exposed to the most up to date service platforms, such as HP OpenView, Hornbill’s Supportworks, Assyst, INFRA Enterprise and Remedy. This means they do not need to reinvent the wheel and can work from our highly developed templates such as maturity checks and change management processes.
