kinetik solutions was formed in 2004 by Ketan Varia. His previous credentials include working at Ernst & Young and Capgemini as a management consultant.

Our way of working is pragmatic and based on ‘on the ground’ realities, but with focus and effort in the direction of work. We work in collaboration, at all levels, with our clients.

We use innovative methods to capture information as well as to distil and communicate findings. This includes the use of accelerated and highly-facilitated workshops, structured and open questioning and intuitive processes to build a complete picture.

Our team has extensive experience in large scale transformations in the private and public sector.
