Learning 2XL was formed in 2000 with the guiding principle to deliver excellent training that makes a difference to the effectiveness of the client organisation.

As a small company we have been able to really ‘get to know’ our customers and our underpinning principle has been that of ‘excellence’, both in the standard of service we offer and what we strive to achieve as outcomes of our work for the client.

We have delivered our training on the principle that it should be a lively & interactive experience, not a passive one. We tactfully challenge the way people may do things now, and encourage them to reflect and make changes to the way they work.
