Liaison Consulting Ltd is a local North East firm, which specialises and has been successful in Management, Organisational & Career Development as well as customer care and team building. We have been in existence since 1995 working extensively within both primary & secondary care in the NHS and the private sector and charities.

Our lead consultant, Alison Harkess has a BA (hons) degree in Psychology, is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel & Development and is registered to level B with the British Psychological Society to administer & analyse psychometric testing.

Her ability to present information in an easily understandable way enables participants to learn and apply new knowledge for the benefit of themselves and the organisation. She is a high experienced trainer with a motivational and enthusiastic style.
