At Terence O'Rourke, we are dedicated to creating successful environments and to making good projects happen. To achieve this, we have created a unique team of professionals with a track record for success that is second to none. Formed in 1985 as a planning practice, we have subsequently added the complementary disciplines of urban design, environmental consultancy, landscape architecture, architecture and graphic design. One of our key strengths is master planning which draws on the skills of all of our professionals. We now have more than 100 staff working closely together at offices in Bournemouth, Bath and Edinburgh.

We have a dynamic working environment and an ability to find creative answers to complex problems as we do not recognise the traditional barriers between the professions, or between client and consultant. We have a close relationship with our clients and we put considerable thought and care into listening to them and understanding their objectives so that we can often achieve far more than they expect, not least in terms of a project's commercial viability.

Each project is approached afresh and without preconceptions. Careful analysis combined with lateral thinking allows us to create imaginative and innovative solutions that are designed to achieve the optimum in any situation. This means we can achieve results to which few others can aspire.
