Tony Evans Associates (TEA) was established in 1994 as one of the first networks offering access to high quality independent consultants. Over the last 14 years it has grown as consultants have been added through personal recommendations. There are now nearly 100 of us, many of whom have previously worked for one of the 'Big Four' consultancy firms. TEA includes IT professionals as well as logistics, manufacturing, marketing, HR and Organisation and Development consultants. Our experience is based on a wide range of industries.

We have a particular interest in supporting companies that are looking to use IT to facilitate business change and improvement. We have a lot of experience of these types of projects for all sizes of business in a wide range of industries. This includes international and multi-national companies that have used IT to transform or re-organise themselves on a pan-national basis. This experience has allowed us to develop an in-depth understanding of the issues and risks inherent in making the necessary organisational and process changes and the 'best practice' means of affecting them.
