User interface design, information architecture and usability testing

Userface provides user interface design and usability testing consultancy services to clients throughout the UK. We help our clients to deliver successful and easy to use software solutions to match the abilities, expectations and behaviour of their customers and users.

We have well over 10 years experience applying user-centered design across a range of development platforms; including desktop software, internet, intranet, interactive TV, mobile, kiosk and consumer applications. Our expertise is based upon backgrounds in theoretical and applied cognitive psychology and ergonomics; with qualifications in human-computer interaction (HCI), hardware ergonomics, psychology, teaching and graphic design.

We work with clients from both public and private sectors; including financial services, media, retail, travel, telecoms, government and charities. We are active members of the British Computer Society (BCS) HCI Group, the UK Usability Professionals' Association (UPA) and the Ergonomics Society.
