Woolley & Company is a land and project management company, with considerable expertise in the fields of property, finance, project management, eco design and construction, environmental understanding and appraisal.

Set up in 1995 by Nicholas Woolley (Managing Director) to undertake asset management for institutional funds and to identify development projects in town and country, which meet strict investment criteria. Since then institutional clients have been joined by a number of private clients who require specialised planning and development services. A deep understanding of the need to promote sustainable development has been developed making use of leading edge research into the way sustainable development appraisals can be undertaken for all manner of projects and processes (see Intelligent Community Planning).
